What this site collects, which is very little, and what happens to it.

Who we are
Studio Rabaska Inc. is a Montreal company and a subsidiary of iLLOGIKA. We create location-based virtual reality experiences and license them to venues.
For anything in this policy, including a request to see, correct or delete your information, write to us and say so plainly.
What this site collects on its own
Nothing. This site is a set of static files. It has no accounts, no database and no server-side code of ours. It sets no cookie of its own, and it does not fingerprint, profile or sell anything.
Our host records ordinary web server logs, which include IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting. We do not use them to identify visitors.
Analytics, only if you agree
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are read and where visitors arrive from. Nothing is requested from Google until you accept it: if you decline, or simply ignore the banner, no Google script is ever loaded and no request to Google is made from this site.
If you accept, Google Analytics sets cookies and processes your IP address, device and browser information, and the pages you visit. We keep advertising signals switched off, so this data is not used to build an advertising profile of you. We also record when someone clicks an email link, opens a partner site or subscribes to the newsletter, as counts rather than as anything attached to a name.
You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser, which removes the stored choice and brings the banner back.
The newsletter
If you subscribe, the form posts your email address directly to Mailchimp, which manages the list for us. We use it to send occasional news about previews, openings and new titles, and for nothing else. We do not sell or share the list.
Every email carries an unsubscribe link, and it works immediately. You can also ask us to remove you by writing to us.
What is stored in your browser
One entry in local storage, recording whether you accepted or declined analytics. It never leaves your device and is never sent to us or to anyone else.
If you accept analytics, Google Analytics also sets its own cookies. Declining means none are set.
Who else is involved
Our host serves the site. Google processes analytics data if you have accepted it. Mailchimp processes your email address if you subscribe. Each of them acts under its own privacy terms, and both Google and Mailchimp may process data outside Canada, including in the United States, where the legal protections differ from those here.
There is nothing else. This site loads no advertising network, no social media widget, no chat tool, no font or script from a content delivery network. Its fonts, images and video are served from its own domain.
How long it is kept
Analytics data is kept for the retention period configured in our Google Analytics property, after which Google deletes it.
Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe or ask to be removed. Emails you send us are kept as long as they are useful to the conversation and to our records.
Your rights
Under Quebec’s Law 25 and, where it applies to you, the European GDPR, you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, and to withdraw a consent you previously gave. You can also ask for a copy in a portable format.
Write to us and we will answer. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec, or to your own supervisory authority if you are in the European Union.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the date above changes with it. There is no version history on this page; if you need to know what it said on a given date, ask us.
